Before Placing Orders
Shipping
- The first two orders per academic year will be shipped free of charge for all schools. A handling fee of $15 will apply to all subsequent orders.
Teacher Credit
- A 5% teacher credit will be automatically applied to every order.
Order Accuracy
- Before finalizing your order, please verify that the shipping address and book quantities are accurate.
- ATA cannot modify book quantities after order confirmation.
Payment
- All orders require upfront full payment.
After Placing Orders
Fulfillment
- Orders are processed in the sequence they are received. Please allow 10 days for processing after order confirmation.
Order Discrepancies
- Any discrepancies must be reported immediately to [email protected] within two days of order delivery. Any order issues submitted after two business days will not be honored.Cancellation Policy
- A ticket number will be issued for tracking.
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation.
