Tamil Academy (ATA) welcomes you to our store! Please read instructions
carefully before placing your order.
School administrators can login to the shopping cart with existing
credentials. Please note, membership need to be current to login to the cart
for annual members. Invoices have already been sent to all annual members. Shopping cart will be activated within 48 hours after payment of membership dues.
Before placing orders:
Shipping: First two orders will be shipped free of charge, a handling
fee of $15 will be applied for subsequent orders.
Teacher credit: A teacher credit of 5% will be offered automatically for
every order. Schools can use this credit to purchase required teacher copies; discount will be applied automatically to all orders.
Order accuracy: Before you finalize the order make sure shipping
address and quantity of books are accurate.
Payment: All orders require upfront
payment.
After placing orders:
Fulfillment: Orders will be fulfilled
in the order they are received. Please allow us 2-3 weeks of processing time
after order confirmation. We are expecting to send the first shipment at the end of July.
Cancellation policy: Any cancellation need to be requested within 24 hours of
order confirmation.
Order changes: ATA will not make any changes to quantity of books after order confirmation.
Order discrepancy: Any discrepancy in orders need to be notified within five business days. We will issue a ticket number for any defects notified to us for tracking. We will not honor any
request after five business days.
